Turkish state radio to start broadcasting programs in Armenian language
Later TRT will open a web site and TV channel in Armenian language will function after one year.

TRT will start broadcast in Armenian. ANS PRESS referring Turkish newspaper “Yeni Shafag” informs programs in Armenian will be broadcasted beginning from February 2009.

According to the newspaper, TRT and Armenian state TV signed a relevant contract five months ago. Pursuant to the contract, TRT will open a web site later and TV channel in Armenian language will function after one year.
